Holden Medical laboratories Pvt Ltd was started as India & Dutch joint venture by two first generation entrepreneurs Mr. Nick Zee from Holland and Mr. Sandeep Joshi from India in 1997. 

Both the founders wanted to develop, manufacture, and commercialize generic pharmaceuticals, with mainly focusing on quality and affordability. 

Since 1997 Holden Medical Laboratories Pvt Ltd has witnessed steady growth. Currently Holden Medical laboratories Pvt Ltd sells its products to over 25 countries across the globe manufactured at its WGO-GMP certified facility at Nashik India.
